Abe Fisher, Philadelphia

I have a feeling that Abe Fisher was inspired by the dishes from the Israeli homeland which is now prevalent in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York. Vinegar or some type of pickling was introduced in every dish. Even the soda I was curious about called Cucumber-Dill reminded me of the pickle shops in New York.

Service was prix-fixe style. Each plate can be shared by four people. We ordered different plates and ate our dinner tapas style.
