Brunch @ Sabrina’s Cafe, Philadelphia

Sabrina's Cafe, Philadelphia

Sabrina’s Cafe is truly a popular brunch destination in Philadelphia. The average wait time at 1pm on a Saturday or Sunday is an hour for a party of two. Nevertheless, you won’t be disappointed with the variety on the menu. If you’re not an early weekend person, you can try your luck for counter seating. This method is a bit faster than waiting for a table.

Our picks:

1. Challah French Toast

– The serving was huge. I ate half and had the other half wrapped to go. I made sure I soaked the leftover french toast in syrup. The unique taste comes from the ricotta. It cuts through the sweetness of syrup and gives the whole dish another layer of flavor.

2. Irish Breakfast

– The warm mushroom gravy over eggs had such a comfort food feel to it.
